Fred Bartlett, Jr., partner at Richmond + Associates Architects, is the Production Manager and manages the production and coordination of construction documents. His ability to produce good construction documents through scheduling and coordinating both principals' and consultants' is key to every project's success.
Fred has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from Lawrence Technological Unversity and an MBA degree from Averett College in Danville, VA.
He has 15 years of design/build experience in Virginia where his duties included design and construction documents, estimating, purchasing, and job site supervision. For the past 15 years in Traverse City, he has produced design drawings and construction documents, using AutoCAD, for many new residential, commercial and institutional projects in the area.
Fred also teaches Architectural Drafting at Northwestern Michigan College in Traverse City.
